Step 1: Create an account
You need an email address that you have access to immediately in order to create an account. Please provide a password at least 8 characters long and containing one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. Please ensure you carefully review the terms of our Travel Money Service Agreement before continuing.
You will receive an email from us containing a One Time Passcode (OTP) that you need to enter.
If the OTP does not arrive within a couple of minutes, we recommend you check your junk mail folder before sending another OTP. Each OTP automatically expires after 60 minutes or when a new one is generated. Please ensure that you add our email domains to your list of trusted senders.
Step 2: Enter your personal details
Select your required package - personal if paying with your own debit card; or corporate if paying with a company debit or credit card. For either package, you must sign up with your home address,
To protect your identity and reduce the chances of fraud, we will verify the personal details you submit here during order checkout. You must have a permanent UK residential address registered with Royal Mail.
Step 3: Start ordering
That's it! You are now ready to place your first order!
Tips and hints
Not receiving your OTP? Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to the 'trusted domains' or 'safe senders' in your email application.
Email already in use? Select the 'sign in' option and use the 'forgot password?' link to reset your credentials.
Struggling with date picker on Android? It looks like you have to scroll through one month at a time to find your birth date, but you don't - just click on the year and you can quickly scroll to it. Same with the month! Phew!
Trying to use a work address? Unless you live at your work address, you should sign up with your home address or we might have a problem confirming your identity during order checkout.
Sign-up rejected? In the very unlikely event that you cannot sign up, please contact us for further information.
