The simplest and most effective solution to prevent our messages getting junked is to make us a "contact" on your phone or desktop email software, or make our email domains "trusted".

We try to follow best practice in how we send our email messages to avoid your email provider deciding they are junk or spam, but we send out a lot of emails and it's inevitable that some providers will be suspicious of our activity. If you have time, it will always help you (and other customers) if you let your email provider know we are a safe sender.
