It is essential that you refuse to accept the delivery from Royal Mail if the packaging has been tampered with and then contact our distribution centre on the number shown in your confirmation email to report the issue. We will then liaise with Royal Mail to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and get another delivery out to you. If you do accept a tampered package, and any of the contents are subsequently missing or damaged, then it is unlikely that we will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail. You should still contact us and be prepared to send photographic evidence in support of your claim.

Royal Mail would refuse to collect a damaged package from us, and in our experience Royal Mail have never knowingly delivered a damaged package to a customer - they would always refer back to us for instructions if a damaged package was discovered en route.
